Use this form for Help and Support for photos you have purchased at one of the locations where we operate. If you have a general question which is NOT related to the photos you have purchased then use our standard contact form.
Make sure you have read our support section before you submit a help request as most questions are answered here and this will save you having to wait for an answer.
Help and Support Form
For photo help and support, please complete this form and click “Submit Form” at the bottom of the page. We ask that you do not call us for photo related issues or enquiries as support cannot be given over the phone.
Try and give as much detail as possible. Please ensure you include a photo of your receipt.
We will send an email to the email address you have specified straight after you click “Submit Form” with your support ticket number. All support information is sent to this email address.
If you do not receive an email, please check your junk and spam folders.
Our working hours are 9am – 5:30pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Hours may differ during seasonal times.
None of your details are ever passed to a third party. We aim to reply by email within 48 business hours (Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays)
